Angela Aki will release a new single on July 11th called Tashikani. The title track will be used as the song to a commercial of LISMO, a mobile phone service.

The young pop/rock singer Hitomi Takahashi has announced the release of her second single for 2007: the single Jet Boy Jet Girl on the 1st of August. The title track will serve as the opening theme for the anime "Terra e..."

Like before, the single will be produced by Takuya, the former guitarist of Judy and Mary. The second track of the single, Pride has been written by 175R's vocalist Shogo. Also for Shogo it's not the first time to collaborate with the singer.

Takuya is not the only active ex-Judy and Mary member, also former vocalist YUKI is active, working hard on her solo career. Her new single, Hoshikuzu Sunset will come out on August 8th, and will feature a 'sweet pop sound'. The title track of this single will be featured on the Japanese television, namely as the theme song to the dorama "Papa to Musume no Shichinichikan".

Last but not least, Mika Nakashima will also release a new single: Life which is scheduled for release on August 22nd. The title track will be used as the theme song to the dorama of the same name.
