yazzmad to Disband

After five years, visual kei group yazzmad have announced that they will disband. The members will part ways after a final two-man live, titled forget-me-not, where they are scheduled to play alongside umbrella, at Shinjuku RUIDO K4 on October 16th.

Drummer zumi writes that the members could not see themselves together when thinking about their futures, and have decided that they want to take their own individual paths.

Before disbanding, yazzmad will release a final mini-album titled The Strange Bloomer. Further details on the release have yet to be announced.

yazzmad will be playing at number of shows throughout August before headlining at EDGE Ikebukuro on September 21st, after which they will perform their final one-man live titled Aru Hi no Shouzou at Takadanobaba AREA on September 23rd. They will then go on to play three consecutive dates from October 10th for the From HeLL Tour, where they are scheduled to play alongside JACK THE LIPPER, Ensoku and Souiumono. yazzmad will finish up by playing their two-man live on October 16th before disbanding.

The members thank their fans for all of their support over the years and hope they will continue to cheer them on in the run up to their final show.
