JILS was initially an experiment of sorts with members of former visual kei bands, created by YUKIYA, the president of the Kreis label. Having seen many member changes and several pauses in activity, JILS maintains a loyal fanbase who are anxiously waiting for the possibility of a reformation and ultimately, a return to the music scene.
