Piko is a young singer from Nico Nico Douga, a popular Japanese video sharing service. His voice is notable for its feminine timbre as he can sing with both a male and a female sound. For this special ability Piko’s fans nicknamed him “ryoseirui,” which can be translated as “a combination of both voices.”
