WaT is a folk pop duo made up of two young men; the name of the duo was taken from the first letter of Wentz and Teppei. Meeting in 2002, the two started having street performances in the Yoyogi Park area in Tokyo as an acoustic guitar duo. Wentz and Teppei are not only involved in music, but they also cross over into acting.
