During the first part of their career, SPINALCORD was known as AUSHVITZ, a name that was not chosen to provoke, but rather to wish for peace. SPINALCORD’s roots lie strongly in metal, though the band also incorporates a number of other styles in their music. For their latest album, they have adopted the term "FUTURHYTHMETAL."

For fans of heavy metal, this band is certainly worth listening to, as their front man and guitar virtuoso Syu is known for his incredible skills and magnificent solos.
