ISABELLE

indies - (1999 - 2006)

ISABELLE was a band with a heavy sound and very energetic live performances. The band's final line-up consisted mostly of former Psycho le Cému, SCISSOR and Kamikaze Boyz members.

Their music was straightforward, yet often very entertaining in ISABELLE's own unique way. The band's outfits were simple; they performed with thick black lines drawn over their eyes, wearing similar loose, dark grey pants and t-shirts. The power in their performances didn't come from visual tricks, but from the members' actions and passion for performing, and of course from ISABELLE's music that was often very fitting for headbanging and other live activities.
