Utada Hikaru, known as Hikki to her fans, is one of Japan's most well-known pop artists. She dominates the top of the charts with a smooth voice best suited for the catchy, R&B and pop tracks that she records. With releases in Japan, the USA and Europe, she remains one of the most versatile popular artists in the music scene today.

In 2009, she made guest appearances in a few places in the USA to promote the US album This Is The One. At the beginning of the following year, Utada Hikaru toured the USA and UK.
