Japanese Artists on SXSW 2010

The legendary music event SXSW is coming up soon. The event takes place from March 17th to 21st in various locations across Austin, Texas. Next to the Japan Nite event on SXSW, various other Japanese acts will perform.

On March 18th, twelve of these bands will perform at the Japan Preview Show at the Typewriter Museum in Texas. Admission to this concert is free. The following artists will perform: Geeks, Camisama, Histoic Vein, Chatmonchy, Maki Rinka, Red Bacteria Vacuum, JinnyOops!, Dolly, Gagakirise, MARUOSA, OKAMOTO'S and Omodaka. As for the SXSW event itself, a variety of artists will be performing:

Wednesday: Hystoic Vein, MARUOSA, Gagakirise, Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O.
Thursday: Caucus
Friday: Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O., Takashi Kamide, The Suzan, Camisama, Bo-Peep and Geeks
Saturday: The Rubies (from The Emeralds), Sonodaband and Maki Rinka
