Although kannivalism first began in 2001, the group disbanded rather quickly and seemed to be as good as done until 2005 rolled around and the band revived. After another hiatus from 2008 to 2009, kannivalism are now hopefully back for good. With a catchy hybrid sound that is slightly jazzy, slightly ambient but undoubtedly rock, the band has already succeeded in netting a considerable fanbase.
