At the end of 2009, JUN and IORI, both once members of KISAKI's band Phantasmagoria, started a new project together. With spiv states, they presented themselves with a completely new and extremely colorful look as well as a sound called "future visual rock."
spiv states has undergone a number of line-up changes over the years, with the band going from a quartet to only front-man JUN. Additionally, their music is constantly evolving and revealing new sides of spiv states.
