Despite the announcement of Sendai Kamotsu's activity pause in November 2009 due to "bankruptcy", the comedic band will release a live CD and DVD, both entitled Tour 2009 Fukyo no kaze ~Sendai Kamotsu FOREVER~ on October 6th.

Sendai Kamotsu first formed in 2001 and are often recognised as the "comedic" side of visual rock band Nightmare. Shortly before the announcement of their activity pause, Sendai Kamotsu released their third full-length album , which featured a cover of the famous song Ora Tokyo sa iku da, which was first performed by Yoshi Ikuzou in 1984.

These new releases will include recordings from Sendai Kamotsu's performance at Nippon Budokan on November 5th 2009. The CD will feature two discs and is expected to contain tracks such as Kimchi, Chinryuu ~change long~ and Okuru kotoba, whilst the DVD is expected to have a duration of around 150 minutes. The CD will include a trading card which will be randomly selected from six variants and the DVD is expected to include a postcard set.
