"Evolution Yo" is a release campaign organized by Hitoto Yo since she joined the label FOR LIFE MUSIC after staying under Columbia Music Entertainment for six years. The first two parts of this series were the singles Your Medicine and Un to shiawase, which came out last year in October and November respectively.
Fuyu meku was chosen as the theme song for two TV programs. It is airing as part of "JAPAN COUNTDOWN", broadcast by TV Tokyo, in January and is scheduled to be used in "Sukkiri!!", broadcast by TV Nihon, throughout February. The other a-side of the single, Hana no ato, was created to be used in a movie of the same title, which is expected to be released in theaters in March.
The single will also contain two other songs: Cyclo, which was included in the soundtrack of the movie "BANDAGE", starring KAT-TUN member Jin Akanishi, and a cover of The Carpenters' hit Top of the World, chosen as the CM song of Lion Corporation's "Kaori Tsuzuku Top". prologue 3, the third edition of Hitoyo Yo's poetry reading, is also included in the limited edition of the release.
