Pop singer Kana Nishino will release her upcoming single on June 3rd. Kimi ni aitaku naru kara will be produced by Jeff Miyahara, known for his work with many artists, such as JUJU, Spontania and Micro, and will include the b-side Shitsuren Mode, a collaboration track with WISE, from TERIYAKI BOYZ, and a third track named Again. A sample for Kimi ni aitaku naru kara can already be heard on her official website.
Ken Hirai announced the release of the second part of his successful conceptual cover album, Ken's Bar, originally released in 2003. Simply titled Ken's Bar II, the album will hit the stores on May 27th and will be available in three different formats, CD, Blu-spec CD and CD+DVD, which will feature footage from his concert Ken's Bar 10th Anniversary Valentine Special, held at Osaka-jo Hall on February 14th.
In addition, the singer will also release two new DVDs on June 10th. The first one, Ken's Bar 10th Anniversary Christmas Eve Special!, will feature footage from his concert held at Yokohama Arena on December 24th, 2008; the last one, titled Ken Hirai Films Vol.11 Ken's Bar 10th Anniversary, will be a double-disc set featuring the same content as the other DVD listed above in its first disc, while the second one will feature footage from his performance held at Billboard Live Tokyo on May 29th, 2008.
